Well today I am just starting the 3rd day,
so far here is what I have noticed:
1. I am actually more bloated, but I read this is one of the side effects of Alinia.
2. My bowel movement has improved alot. I think I am gonna stop eating sesame seeds in the morning starting tomorrow. I usually eat 7 spoons of Sesame Seed so I can get a bowel movement every day… This i credit to Xifaxan because it is most likely killing the bacteria that produces Methane which slows down the bowel movement.
3. My tong actually looks less white, but still have some white on the back…
4. My energy is low, but this is to be expected because Antibiotics does that…
I don’t eat any cheese… Cheese gets me really bloated.
