So you are upset that I suggest that you don’t need testing even though you are telling people what suppplements to take without testing? Sounds like your hypocritical about this.
And how is methylation cycles related to genetics?
And how much per month do you spend on methylation supplements? Top grade glutathione alone costs about $100 per month so I stand by my statement on the costs.
What causes the methylation cycle to break down in the first place? My naturopath thinks its gluten and caseine. Likely not by itself but he did mention this. Is this a false statement?
And shouldn’t you get the inflammation under control before you do this (which directly relates to bodily pH)?
My advice to people is that you can fix the cycle but it can become undone as quickly as you fix it. This isn’t something you fix and then be completely normal unless you address fundamental basic problems within the body first such as inflammation, diet, yeast and disease levels, etc. If people are jumping straight into this without doing basic stuff first, its a lost cost imho. Especially if they treat themselves which is what you suggest. I don’t think anyone should do something so complex unless they consult a professional. You are trying to give professional level advice and I think is problematic.
