I agree with goingnatural about slowly eliminating foods. My diet was very healthy before I started the strict diet, but I still found it easier to slowly wean myself off of fruits, grains, starchy veggies, etc. first.

Personally, I would avoid probiotics that contain added sugar. What brand are you using?
