Right now, one of the things I am eating for breakfast is Turkey sausage from apple gate farms. It has no anti-biotics or hormones but it says it has less then 2% of the following: evaporated cane syrup, salt, spices. It has 0 sugars 0 carbs it says.However, I would still like to change it if I could, would lentils be ok to have? and would it be better then this? I am on the strict diet.
If you give me the option of Lentils or what are you eating now, I will go with Lentils. !
well I would like to eat something that’s completely fine for breakfast, but I cant really find anything, I mean for breakfast I have some greens, some buckwheat, but I need something else as well Or I’m starving. I’m allergic to egg, and I cant afford to have the coconut bread every morning, so does anyone have any ideas? the lentils are the only thing I can think of.
