Personally, I leave all apples out of my diet. The only fruits I have are lemons, limes, and about once or twice a week, half a handful of blueberries. These things are all I can tolerate in the way of fruit.
Actually, the granny smith green apple shows up on a lot of Candida diets. All you can do with this information is to give it a try. However, I would not start with a whole apple, perhaps a quarter at the very most, and take it from there according to your reactions to that.
Just keep in mind that you’ll find almost as many different Candida diets online as there are people posting them. The bottom line is, every one of us is different from the other, and there should not be a set rule which states, “THIS is the diet to follow for Candida.” Be your own judge; don’t let anyone else do that for you.
Good luck to you, Max
