Should I embark on the stage 1 cleanse if I am concerned that it will flush out and reduce efficacy of medications?
In particular, my Rebif (Interferon-Beta 1a) for MS, (I’m also taking Fluoxetine for anxiety). In addition, I have just had a baby, so I will be selecting a new contraceptive (possibly the implant) and I definitely won’t want to reduce it’s effectiveness either!
I’ve made a start by giving myself a kitchen cupboard. If anyone is kind enough, could you take a look at my store cupboard contents and give me some guidance (UK brands) as this is new territory and I have read conflicting advice about some foods. I assume most of it will be considered stage 2?
I have highlighted a few favourite items in case that is helpful? Oh and not yet on my list, but I aim to buy Stevia and other substitutes for snacks/breads etc.
