The delicate PUFAs in pre-milled flaxseed are guaranteed to be oxidised and rancid. If you like flaxseed, you should buy them whole and blend them in a coffee grinder or something when you want to eat them.
You may want to leave out the nuts/seeds for a while too. They tend to contain moulds and are high in omega-6 PUFAs. Almond fat may be prebiotic though.
Ricecakes are best left out for now too, and “wholegrain” just means “with the plant toxins left in,” although brown rice pales in comparison to wholewheat.
