I was just realizing this month that all my PMS is gone, now when my period shows up I’m shocked because I honestly don’t feel it coming.
I think the anxiety is a common die off symptom. The truth is it’s so hard to tell the difference between die off and symptoms. Just keep on your path don’t stray from your diet and you’ll be able to tell. Also maybe make a note of it with a food diary, like did you get anxiety because you ate rice? It can go back as far as 24 hours.
