I can never tell whether its a relapse or a die off myself. So I re-inspect my entire diet everytime this crap happens to me.
Some ideas that have worked very well in controlling the Candida:
1) Make sure you are using pure, organic Stevia (stay away from brands like Truvia that add Erythritol or additives). These gave me IBS and my GI tract out.
2) Try taking your probiotics on an empty stomach not when you eat (I mostly take them between meals and right before sleep). By far the most effective probiotic for me was Saccharromyces Boulardi. This strain will NOT be killed by your ordinary anti-fungal or anti-biotics and this specific strain eats the Candida faster and better than any other strain.
3) Consider taking all rice out of your diet to see if you improve. Same thing with bran. In my case, I reacted badly to rice and later I acquired some kind of allergy to brans and wheats.
4) Careful with nuts or dried fruit: I was told that some contain high levels of fungi or mold. I switched to frozen/fresh fruits and toasted most of my nuts.
