I’m still taking molybdenum and yes I think able says start at teaspoons you are right. Good observation this whole time I’ve been taking spoonfulls and never realized and no one ever noticed either, but this makes it even more interesting because I would expect to get really bad die off even more so but yesterday I did not get much of a reaction at all. Fortunately I haven’t been able to take 16 tablespoons all this time. I hung around 10 but I think I’ll drop it down to 6 since 1 tablespoon equals 3 teaspoons. Thanks for pointing that out.
It is a lot but I don’t think anyone would get fat on this kind of diet. I also exercise regularly so I don’t have to worry about that. Lol.
I thought I was going mad for a bit there, loads of people must be shovelling tablespoons down themselves! No wonder they’re gagging at it, I get through 10 teaspoons just spread on and baked into my coconut bread. 🙂
Yeah, it sounds like you’re certainly doing well and your body is adjusting to it. I guess if you’re trying to keep the weight on, it’s not a bad thing. It is the equivalent of 30 teaspoons a day though. Wow. Talk about fast track through the die off! No worries. I guess it means you really are getting better! Do you still need the moly then?
Congratulations again! Fingers crossed it’s plain sailing from here on in. xx
