The magnesium I found that doesn’t have sugar as one of the ingredients has 63% daily value. It is the same one that I was taking just over a month ago when I read the post that suggested I stop taking it. I will refer to you or Raster in the future a change like this. I really appreciate your help.
I will pick up one that contains calcium and magnesium today. I imagine that I have read several times the importance of calcium for candida treatment…but it must not have stuck. Plus I was very concerned about it making my problem worse.
In looking over the symptoms you listed, there are a few other ones that describe me. Unsure if it was the constipation that was causing some of these (such as low energy and depression) or lack of magnesium.
I will give the new supplement a try and let you know if it helps/hurts. I must say I am nervous!
