I have to second the caution on getting pregnant right now. I’ve had two kids. The changes pregnancy has wreaked on my body are profound. It is a huge stressor. The last thing you want to do is have a baby and pass candida to it right off the bat. I’m not sure how old you are and what pressures you’re feeling to get pregnant ASAP, but it’s quite doable to have later pregnancies. Mine were at 34 and 37 and I have a neighbor who just had an uncomplicated pregancy at 42. Please do not rush into a pregnancy if your body is already out of whack and struggling. I can’t stress enough how challenging it is to recover from pregancy and childbirth even without the complication of a serious candida infestation. If it were me, I would pour all of my willpower and energy into getting onto the forum’s strict diet and staying on it for as many months as it takes to become symptom free, then consider trying to get pregnant. It would only postpone your pregnancy time line by six months to a year, if you are diligent, and you will be in such a better position to nurture a new life. You’d have more foods you could eat at that point and you’d be much better able to sustain nutrition for you and your baby.
