I’ve posted a few things about being hypoglycemic with candida and the diet. This morning I drank some aloe juice, took 2 vitamin C, and a grapeseed pill, after an egg and rice crackers with almond butter.
About an hour later, I was sweating and feeling sick. I checked my blood sugar and it had dropped to 69 and checked again to make sure it was right and it said 63. I totally freaked out! I tried eating more almond butter and rice crackers, chicken and brown rice, but my mouth was so dry…it eventually started going up and was normal within 10 minutes.
My question is, do you think that the supplements are causing such a drop??
Too many at once??
I’m totally scared and don’t want to even do anything for fear of blood sugar dipping
