Almond milk should be avoided for as long as possible, but you could introduce it when your symptoms have gone for a while.
The reason is that Almond milk can contain traces of other nuts, and you want as little irritants/allergens to pass through your digestive system as possible. You may think you can tolerate Almonds, but you could still irritate your gut because Candida can weaken the lining and make you more susceptible to nuts and other allergens. The chocolate one is a definite no-no due to sugars being present (even some not listed in the ingredients) and cocoa will definitely irritate your gut. On this diet your gut will become more sensitive as you beat the candida to begin with.
Tapioca starch is one to avoid, the starch will remain undigested if you lack the enzymes, and sugars will be created, feeding the candida.
However if you want to try it no-one is holding you back. Some people have Almond milk with no troubles, but the tapioca is a problem. Try unsweetened organic coconut milk instead.
What is the Candida cleanse if you don’t mind me asking?
Most of soy is genetically modified, and you need to give your digestive system a break from all GM foods, which can cause many problems.
Not to mention in your vulnerable state (your gut) soy is best avoided at all costs. It is full of chemicals that wreak havoc on your whole body, and ultimately can make you feel worse as you try to overcome die-off symptoms.
Give your immune system the best fighting chance and avoid these foods as much as you can.
