That depends on which diet you’re following. If you have the forum diet, you can see that the only nuts or seeds that are on the strict forum diet are organic hemp seeds
I have your strict diet protocol but sometimes I see on the forum that members are discussing ghee, pumpkin seeds, almonds and so on, so I just wanted to make sure about all of this. I haven’t eaten anything of this so far on the diet. Regarding the oat bran/buckwheat it is feeling good for me to eat them, especially oat bran, but sometimes I’m afraid I don’t over do it because I like to eat them and they keep me full.
