Thank you Able for your response! I didn’t mean to question your decisions in putting together the list for us, hope you did not get that feeling from my question. I just thought that if a food item is not on the list it should not be eaten and was wondering why would it be bad for the diet. Also, I had quinoa in the house and was looking for more variety. I like it better with vegetables than millet. Millet is more bread/cereal type of grain for my taste. Reminds me of cornmeal a little.
Your explanation makes perfect sense. If you are taking the risk, go for quality 🙂
