I was just thinking about posting this same question! The only reason I’ve held off on allergy testing is because of exactly what Javizy said, I’m afraid to spend the money when it’s not always accurate. We had our youngest allergy tested, they just did the skin prick test and everything came back negative…when we did the test she was reacted to almost everything she ate so we were sure it would come back positive. Even after all that though I still wonder if I should get allergy tested. It’s so hard sometimes for me to determine whether I’m reacting because I’m overfeeding the yeast or if it’s an actual allergic reaction. It feels like a constant guessing game sometimes!
