Yes, I am not sure about the allergies I have on foods, but I can tell you that I used to be in such bad shape, too; last year. Even after I had an operation to help my stomach for gastroparesis. Really, supplements, and just trying to starve out the yeast is the first step. I just used to rely on hard candies, gum, coffee in the morning for energy; high sugared yogurt, etc. Problems still exist, but I admit that it has gotten better, and lately just eating veggies and eggs here and there help to make my intestines so rumbly; I think avoiding meat for awhile helps (eggs for protein if needed). You do at first just have to figure out veggies are the easiest to digest.
As for me, puree or steamed veggies are the best. I like radishes, celery, and cucumbers that seem to settle on me better. I still avoid cauliflower and broccoli, gassy vegetables. I have made salads, sort of like coleslaw, chop it up in the food processor, make up a big bunch for the week, easier to digest this way. Soups pureed because I still have to watch it for stomach and no colon issues. Yes, it is hard to train your system to get use to this, but it will get better. Plus, some days are still hard.
