I’m taking the Chelated Molybdenum per the suggestions on the forum. I’m also taking green algae, which I believe will help flush my system.
You’re right – I should go 100% at least for a month or two to shock the Candida and then eat the way I’ve been eating. It’s so much harder for me this time than it was – my life is more complex so maintaining such strict control over what I eat is more of a challenge.
Are you following the protocols from the forum? The first time I did this, it was more like the Whole Approach diet – although for the first month I didn’t have any grains, potatoes, etc. However, I remember I could have goat milk yoghurt, which I’ve been eating this time around as well. I’ve also been baking scones with coconut flour, stevia, eggs, coconut oil, and a few blueberries. They’re keeping me going:)
