I made a slight variation of this recipe today for breakfast. Came out almost smoothie tasting and was very filling. I used kefir yoghurt, stevia vanilla extract (alcohol-free), ginger, cinnamon, a sprinkle of organic stevia with FOS, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and oat bran. I guess the ingredients can be changed every once in a while to keep it interesting.
Is there anything else that the oat bran can be substituted for? Coconut cream/manna?
