i’ll 2nd that about the nuts. I used to eat between 100-300g of raw nuts per day & plenty of organic meat. Since Raster & Able told me to cut them out, i’ve gradually felt a lot better & had far less reactions.
You are allowed organic hemp seed protein, its another option to keep your protein up. You can bake with it as well, it works quite well with cinnamon, all spice & Stevia.
