Apparently, boiled beansprouts are capable of clearing endotoxin (bacterial waste) from the colon. They’re a fine addition to your diet. Bamboo shoots contain a small amount of sugar, but not monosaccharides according to that, so they may possibly be prebiotic sugars. Water chesnuts are 60% starch by weight according to Wiki, so I’d go easy on those.
