Coming off sugar at the start of this diet is hard to start with, but once you understand the human body more you understand what this stuff does to your body.
I’m getting better a little bit everyday right now and I generally feel a happier person.
My best advice to you is to always plan ahead for food – that way you won’t cheat. I’m just having an egg salad with olive oil now!! Six months ago that would of made me feel ill just thinking about it, but now I look forward to it and enjoy it.
