That’s up to you. It’s a matter of how much you want to feed the Candida. Just know that every time you eat it, you’re feeding. The same goes for any type of starch, vegetable or other wise. Just stating the facts, sorry.
Lack of sugar is only a problem if you’re accustomed to eating it. It’d been proven time and again that once you’re used to being without sugar, you don’t experience a weakness from the lack of it.
Your body is addicted to both sugar and carbs so it’s reacting typically. But all addictions can be broken by avoiding the ‘drug.’
