I will eliminate tomatoes altogether & get salad as a side option with omelette’s when dining out.
2 other foods I remembered having this weekend that aren’t on the diet:
– 1 tablespoon half & half (w roiboos herbal tea)
– the broth that’s on the website diet. It was the base of my breakfast w ginger, cabbage, sauerkraut & coconut oil
I was oddly craving the coconut manna all weekend when I was only eating eggs & veggies, I was super hungry
As far as taking probiotics, should they be taken on their own ? Are there any combo’s that ruin their effectiveness ?
