If you can, purchase some Caprylic acid capsules and take these instead of the coconut oil. They’re not nearly as strong as pure coconut oil, but may still help.
Try using Calamine lotion on your skin for the rashes. This draws the toxins out so it may be worse at first but shoule help clear it up.
I’ve been taking two probiotics one at night before bed, and one first thing in the morning.
Which probiotics are you taking and what count?
Also just found out that my Cal,Mag,Zinc pill had Soy in it this whole time!! Just wondering what I should do?
So did mine and I took three a day throughout the treatment and cure; and I’m still taking the same one. It’s almost impossible to find all your supplements without something of a negative nature. The fact is that you need the cal, mag, an zinc worse than you ‘don’t need’ the tiny bit of soy.
Plus, I seem to be eating the same thing everyday. Oat bran in the morning, salad for lunch or dinner, or Kale and veggies. But they are kinda the same veggies. Is this bad, should it be mixed up more with different veggies? Or is it okay to just stay with what I’m doing as long as it’s okay on the diet list?
You should be eating a wider variety of the vegetables on the diet and obtaining enough protein and oil. As long as you do this you’re fine.
And, if we have fish or shrimp with one meal a day, is this too much?
Hopefully not at this stage of your treatment; but if you can manage even one day without it, this would be a plus as you would give your body at least a slight break from the ammonia being released by the protein. Can you not eat eggs?
