I wouldn’t worry about. There are so many strains of bacteria and yeast in kefir that a couple ants are not going to cause a problem. A kefir made from grains is much more stable that way than one grown from starter powder. The sheer diversity of microbes makes it resistant to pathogens (which is why we want it!).
