Also, I’m reading in the recipe section and a couple of posts for “phase 1” have coconut flour and eggs? Why is this?
I’m not sure I understand your question above, “why is this?” Please explain what you mean. Obviously the recipes are placed on the forum for use by the members during the diet phase. Most of the recipes usually refer to the strict version of the website’s diet which according to the forum’s protocol is considered Phase One of the treatment. The cleanse part of the treatment is simply the cleanse or detox period.
I’m assuming you’ve read the protocol by now?
