One of the reasons why i have a hard time keeping my weight up is cos i have several intolerances to the “test foods” that help stabilize it (buckwheat, oat bran, rice bran, more than 2 eggs a day generates acid reflux so i cant have tons of coco bread either)
If your leaky gut has causes so many allergies that you have a problem finding foods that you can eat, you need to report this to the experts on the forum via a post so that we can correspond with your concerning this problem.
that may be where i am right now, ive been “cheating” with a large bowl of quinoa for breakfast almost every day
