I second what positivo has said and move into the yogurt/kefir, oat bran, buckwheat, and other prebiotics. This is very important as well. Killing parasites is very similar to killing candida except you take different antifungals and the diatomaceous earth.
With the kefir everytime I get on it I break out so I don’t know if I am allergic to it or if it is just die off, I’m hoping the blood tests will reveal if I have a milk allergy. Can you still have kefir with a milk allergy?
I will also add in the prebiotics. I was scared to try any grain because I thought I might feed the candida. I forgot that the good bacteria need something to eat as well.
Should I get the higher dose probiotic first and then introduce the oatbran, buckwheat, etc or does it matter? What would you recommend going up to from the 20 billion I am taking?
Is teff a probiotic? I just picked it up last week.
We can come up with all sorts of stuff, there’s always more you can do. After 6 months I wasn’t satisfied either, but between 6-12 months is where I made the most progress. As you get stronger your body can heal itself better; it just might need a helping hand in one way or another..
Thanks for the encouragment. It’s nice to know that someone else was here before. I am encouraged by other things I have seen in my body like no more pimples forming in my nose, my periods are more regular, and when I get a cold it doesn’t knock me down as badly as it did before.
