I am still experiencing the dry cracked bottom lip, but have had some healing in my nose where I had had open sores. But this month with my period I had some of the vaginal rash come back. Not as bad as before, but still annoying. I had been off of the kefir for some time and started back up again 10 days ago. But my chiropractor also put me on a supplement. One of the two the kefir or the supplement gave me really bad painful gas. I really have stuck to the diet, but have been put on several supplements that weren’t on this webpage. I was wondering if they maybe slowed my progress. I thought that the doctor would know better, but I also know that many of you have been to tons of doctors. My chiro is also a nerologist and he was able to have me do exercises to stimulate the nerves that go to my gut and I am now having a bm almost everyday.
But I thought that once I got the nerve thing taken care of I would be free. I guess I am still going to have to stick with the diet to kill off the candida though.
Let me know if you need additional information on what supplements I took.
How do I know if I can take the kefir and if it is an allergic reaction or die-off for being off of it for so long since I had it last.
I am still encouraged by my progress, am I just expecting too much too soon?
You can be all your life following the candida diet without correcting it. The diet alone does nothing. You need antifungals, sometimes pharmaceutical grade.
Also, if you have some underlying factor suppressing your immune system, candida will be there until it be corrected, if possible.
