I wouldn’t touch the 5-hour energy crap. What I would do is slowly reduce coffee consumption to one cup per day. Then I would start to drink green tea or similar teas that have caffeine. After that I would then reduce this consumption and start transitioning to chamomile tea (needs to steep for more than 8 minutes to give you energy benefits, contains no caffeine). I then would try to consume chamomile tea only. 3 cups of chamomile tea makes me feel pretty normal…

The coffee consumption and 5-hour energy is a negative feedback loop. You are continuing to drain your adrenals and thus will continue to be tired. This cycle needs to break in order for your immune system to get better.
