I blame the mass amounts of money involved in prescribing medications for pretty much guess-and-check symptoms. They make a fortune out of doctor visits and medications especially from patients suffering from candida whose symptoms could be a multitude of possible health problems. Don’t get me wrong, I think we need doctors, but I’d much rather put my health in holistic medicine. I will also try the chai black tea… sounds yummy and I love that it has spices that kill candida!
Im angry with the situation, but not with the doctor that believes what he says even if it isnt accurate. That part is just life. Hopefully we will evolve away from thinking school is capable of teaching us all there is to know.
Celestial Seasonings makes this mix of green tea and white tea with raspberry essence.
I turned it into an iced tea (its 83 degrees today)and I think I drank a quart of it,lol.
Apparently green tea has enough caffeine that if you drink it nonstop, it eventually catches up with you, lol, which would be good in your situation maybe 🙂
Green and white tea are slightly antifungal too 😀
They make one with siberian ginseng, which as an adaptogen, helps to heal the adrenals.
Try that one! 😀
