Hey, Cheesey – Sorry you feel so shit. Your case isn’t much different from mine: chronic fatigue since 2007, and the yeast is just insult to injury. I’ve worked my ass off for some time, but I’m not improving (as far as I can tell). I’ve had constant die-off since September; my partner of 12 years is fed up; social and family life is pretty much ruined. You wonder how to get out of the hole. Sometimes I think of suicide; but I think this is an effort at exerting control.
More positively, and practically, I think, as people have said, recognise that you are very individual. For instance, SF722 doesn’t seem to have done much for me. But I was glad to try it. I’ve started muddling enemas. I truly hate doing these, but I have begun to see candida blooms and candida strings coming out in the pan. I’m going to keep going with this. I think the Th2 dominance is worth taking seriously, if you’ve had a compromised immune system (as we have), which may have allowed candida to run riot.
Whatever you do, it will hit your adrenals. I’m meditating most mornings now. I think this is helping. Stress is so difficult to avoid.
Take care –
