I live in the UK: as long as you can convince your doctor to write you a prescription, all drugs are just over £7 :)!
I had been taking colostrum but discontinued its use as I wasn’t noticing any benefits. I am going to gather myself and have a good chat with my doctor and my ND next week. Hopefully between them and the info you have supplied me I can figure out a plan of attack.
Thats cool, and one that any md should be willing to test for as long as theres good reason. Just make sure they use a decent test, some are alot better than others. Or at least dont give 100% credibility to an unreliable test. I wish I knew more specifics in this particular area to help you but I do not. Use the yahoo search tool and any good combination of words you can come up with and any answer you need you can find.
Dont be afraid to revisit treatments in the future that didnt work in the past. Things sometimes are too messy for one supplement to make any noticeable difference but can later have a good effect on your condition when used in conjunction with other therapies or you are in better shape. Like I mentioned above about my mental health. I had before tried dhea and carnitene separately when I was in my worst and neither made enough of a difference to help. But since then I have progressed alot and now when I use the two, together, it allows me to go back into a parasympathetic state like somebody flipped a switch and I can relax and feel generally normal.
