Ashwagandha is amazing for sleep, Able posted about it as an alternative to melatonin, valerian and other sleep inducing herbs. I gave it a try after my melatonin was no longer working for me. It works wonders I take 2-3 a day a few hours before bed.

Your best bet would be to make your own yoghurt.
