What kind of yogurt did you eat? How much sugar per serving is in it?
I haven’t had millet, but you may have introduced this too soon.
Also, depending on how much yogurt you are eating, it could’ve caused more die-off.
I’d say go back to where you were at during the beginning when you had the most progress and don’t add things back until you feel strong.
You don’t have to start over, you just have to continue on…
