Alright, I’ve already gotten too wordy! Thanks again on the tea… it is making such a huge difference. My back has been killing me on and off for weeks now (IC will do it too, but the pain was different this time and my usual treatment of benadryl just wasn’t helping nearly enough), and it got horrible when I started aggressively going after the yeast. This is literally the only thing that has concretely helped! I am drinking it religiously 3x a day along with a ton of water.
As for other things you mentioned…
I think journaling is an excellent idea… I was just thinking this morning that I should be doing that.
And I can’t help but wonder about Amanda… have you heard at all from her?
Thanks again for the support and information! There are so many different directions and ideas that it can be so overwhelming.
Havent heard from Amanda at all.
I had candida (took antibiotics for a kidney infection while pregnant) and my son was born with cradle-cap, thrush, and colic for 3 months. Nursed him for 10 months, and I had to be treated all during.
If you havent experienced colic (not an upset tummy, but crying 24-7 with no relief except for when they become exhausted and lose weight) then it will put the fear in you.
Like, it scarred me…and we waited 6 years before we had another child…for THIS reason alone! I had to say it and warn you. The child suffers something awful, and I would be a bad person if I kept this to myself. A baby with colic and thrush WILL change your plans.
Good luck and I really hope you get it under control.
