I did not read the whole tread, but just want to give you 2 things for advice, take it or leave it 🙂
1. If you are on a carb. restricted diet, you will get a very aggressive yeast.
2. If you eat some of the strong natural food antifungals such as rutabaga, brussels sprouts and cauliflower, you will kill off much beneficial bacteria, making the yeast more aggressive too.
