It now seems I have both a hernia in my stomach (painful bulge just above my belly button) and liver is totally clogged (light grey chalky poop).
After a dinner of digestive enzyme fresh steak, asparagus and rutabaga I was so bloated, nauseaus, bile reflux into mouth – even after several hours and waking up 4 times throughout the night I finally had to take some activated charcoal. Got a couple hours sleep by laying sitting straight up.
I’ve done two liver cleanses through BodyEcology – had wild emotional and rage passing through. And I was continuing liver cleansing up to last week through lemon water, milk thistle, dandelion tea, cranberry juice and green juicing but just recently had to give all that up after developing salicylate sensitivity. I get really dizzy if I try to ingest any of them now.

Started lemon water again this morning. I already take Gastrex (with choline and bile) before meals. Going to add a 2nd coffee enema to my daily routine at night just before epsom bath.
What else can I do to help liver and not trigger histamine/salicylate? And why do my problems keep compounding???
ALL your help is so appreciated. Thank you everyone who responds just to make me feel not totally alone. Especially when I have been unable to leave my house for months.
