Avocado Omelet

Avocado omelet

Here’s a simple omelet recipe to use on your Candida diet. Avocado and eggs are two of the best ways to create a satisfying meal while you’re treating your Candida, and this recipe contains a good helping of both. If you feel like you’re not getting enough food on the diet, or you want to avoid losing weight, this is a great option.

Omelets are permitted on any stage of the diet, and indeed they are one of the most nutrient-rich foods that you can eat. They’re great for a quick and easy meal, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Eggs in particular are such a nutritional powerhouse, and I encourage people to eat at least one each day.

Omelets are also a fantastic way to introduce new foods to your diet, especially vegetables. Start your day with a healthy mix of eggs and vegetables, and you’ll have enough energy to last you right through until lunchtime. Remember to add lots of herbs, spices and seasonings for a delicious meal.

You might want to team this omelet up with some of our Candida diet coconut bread and a little butter, for a really satisfying start to your day 🙂

Please help me ! Recently I found out from Doc thatI have allergy to candida, soy, corn, egg whites and yok banana. I might be allergic to other food I don’t know yet another test will be done in 6 month. I also have asthma. I am going crazy because I have no clue what I can eat. I make my own kefir from grains with organic raw milk, yogurt, kambucha. I also learned how to make all kind of cheeses from soft french to hard. I started to sprout aswell. But now I realize that I can not enjoy longer food I make and have to make chanages in my diet which is so limited.

Hi! That sounds like a drastic diet change for you… good luck! I just found out though, on this page’s forum and here’s the link https://www.thecandidadiet.com/forums/topic/something-important-you-should-know-about-kefir-46/
, that Kefir, despite many people raving about it, is more a food for áfter you get your candida under control.. kefir will help restore the natural balance in your gut. But as it has yeast in it, it is in no way certain it will help AGAINST candida, it could actually feed the candida!
So maybe you should consider not taking kefir either? Are you also taking probiotic health supplements? They are more likely to ‘pass’ the acid environment of your stomach. Especially the “saccharomyces boulardii” species is apparently very good against candida infestation. An are you taking caprylic acid (coconut oil) , oregano oil and aloe juice? And finally, are you doing an antifungal (such as Deflucan) treatment? If not I recommend you do! Once you hav succesfully combatted Candida you can at least slowly introduce some of the foods you CAN have with your other allergies!! Good luck!!!
