Stevia with FOS is excellent if you can find it, otherwise, pure Stevia. Truvia is actually made from Stevia, but there are forms of pure Stevia without added ingredients which Trivia often contains. Whatever you get, try to find one with nothing added, especially Dextrose. Some brands of Stevia actually contain this, so just read the ingredients before purchasing.

I find that FOS and Inulin cause significant problems. I have successfully used ZSweet which is only erythritol and stevia with good results.

Erythritol has been shown in the medical literature to be unable to support growth of almost any micro-organism specifically yeast

I read a article stating that truvia has been processed with a certain chemical that is deleterious for the body.
