Hello before I eat 6 vloves of garlic per day and I never had die off reaction and know I take 3 soupspoon per day and I feel the die off reaction. Coconut oil is twice more strong than garlic?

you could just be reacting to the coconut oil because i hear it can take your digestive system a little time to get used to coconut oil.

From what I understand coconut oil (caprylic acid) is stronger than garlic. I think I've read here that the candida can become immune to garlic but not the caprylic acid in coconut oil. Might be wrong though!
