Can anyone comment on Maca powder and whether it is OK to take on the diet as an energy boosting supplement? Furthermore, I came across a Maca powder coffee substitute without caffeine.

Maca is a good support for the adrenals. Shouldn’t be a problem but definitely test a small amount of both in the beginning.
