I've read several articles debating the best anti-fungal supplement (mainly seems to be between Syntol or Three/Fivelac). They are both quite expensive so I want to know I'm investing in a good product.

Suggestions?

Hi

Fivelac really works for me, I feel so much better but it's a probiotic.

For anti-fungals the cheap option that are potent are:

Organic virgin coconut oil..take 2 tablespoons a day.
Fresh minced garlic every evening after dinner..mix 2 to 3 cloves with a large glass of water.
Take them together to avoid stomach burn from the garlic.

You might want to start slow with half of dose for a few days or you might get some uncomfortable die off symptoms.
